ZQ is the precious-metals refining and trading venture of SmarTech Holding, an international group that invests in and operates technology-led businesses — from sustainable buildings and applied software to outdoor innovation and precious metals.

SmarTech was founded in 2023 in Kirkland, Washington, with a vision to bridge sustainable architecture and clean-energy technology. That engineering-first culture expanded quickly: Zhishang Keyou was established in Shanghai to bring Asian manufacturing and trading scale to the group's product lines, and the group diversified into software, camping gear under GenX Camping, and precious-metals refining and trading under the ZQ mark.

Today SmarTech Holding operates four ventures across two entities, combining North American R&D with Asia-Pacific execution. ZQ carries that operating model into metal: transparent pricing, individual serialisation, and independent assay on every bar.
